My journey into connecting with right food had started early on but when I got an invite to a food forest workshop designed by Koshaa, I was drawn to it. It was almost like a calling without much thought. I came back transformed with a self-drive to walk the path Koshaa  showed on Natural food and the joy of eating un-cooked food. Koshaa  was instrumental to help me get a taste of this lifestyle. He is touching lives by walking the talk. More power and huge regards to Koshaa.

Koshaa  was instrumental in converting me to be a vegan. It just took one long evening interaction to convert me to adopt this new diet lifestyle. He helped me connect to a strong health and nature conscious community. It gave me deep understanding of human body, nature and their inter-linkages. That helped me immensely to understand  impact of staying close to nature and its impact on our lives.

Although I am part of traditional success chasing society, the awareness created by Koshaa on nature, diet, thought a process and the podcasts etc. has been immensely helpful. I will cherish that for lifetime.

I didn’t know what to expect when I responded to the call for India’s most unique raw food retirement party and Nature’s retreat sent out by Koshaa. What I witnessed and experienced in the three days I was at the picturesque RCF, Kapurthala, was to make me understand that the human body’s needs have been perverted and transformed beyond all reason.

Koshaa celebration event woke me up to make me recognize why I love fruit and salads and why raw food makes us bounce. As I told him then, I wish I had started earlier but the learning was tremendous. I follow Koshaa’s  seminars and podcasts and his amazing travels across the length and breadth of the planet. A soul who has found his calling for his earthly journey, he is connecting many to their own selves for a more fruitful (pun intended!), fluid and free life.

It was a beautiful experience to meet such an experienced person. Deepak has shown me the world with all different perspective. I think he is a one solution to all problems with a beautiful curious mind. Thank you to Koshaa with all you teachings. I am glad to have a conversation with you that lucky night.

Meeting Deepak was a step into a new chapter of life where you have to remember how to be without all the noise and control of modern lifestyle. Around Deepak you feel like you have all the time in the world to talk, to laugh, to learn and just be.

I believe we as humans have been forgetting this essential aspect of life – living without trying to control and secure your every next step, never actually staying in the present moment, embracing it to the full extend.

Deepak’s love for life is contagious and won’t leave anyone untouched.

We know about how to live healthy life after attending Koshaa  seminar. We realized that how harmful food we were eating earlier and the food coming directly from nature is the only healthy food for us. I have solved my Blood Pressure and Joint Pain problem after implementing his message. We will be always thankful to Koshaa who inspires us to maintain our health and to connect with nature.

Koshaa has been a true inspiration for me to discover and connect with my soul. Its steps and guidance inspired me to start my journey towards finding my life purpose and finally live a life of my choices. Deepak helped me to get free from limiting beliefs and spread my wings to discover my flights. Its truly a blessing to be connected to Deepak.

After learning from Koshaa, The first change I made in my diet is to eat only within 8 hours of window. I mostly eat local and seasonal fruits. If i go out somewhere, even if nothing is found, I just fast or take a sun. This has made life much simpler. Some problems in the body have also been fixed.

Secondly, the focus on removing expenses rather than earning has transformed many of my habits. I go to office and to the market by bicycle instead of car. I stopped buying expensive cloths. That is also a good feeling.

The concept of food forest  given by Koshaa clearly shows how in nature everything happens. Nothing is forced like in human society, forced to go to job, do any task. I am delightful I met you.
